I hope you all had an awesome weekend, we certainly did. However as a consequence of having the weekend off I had to work this morning, meaning; I couldn’t get to Costco until about 6:30 tonight! So yes this blog is certainly behind… So let’s keep it quick.
While we certainly had a great time away it always seems to end too soon. We had lots of great food, great beverages (margaritas, I’m lookin’ at you!) and some well earned down time.
That being said, Costco never seems to sleep; so neither do I. We drove home on Monday morning, I made it to work at 3:45 and was home by midnight; back at it from 9am-6pm and then off to Costco…
Only one Meat Dept. sale in the Kingston warehouse this week.
Not much on the meat front this week Kingston, sorry!
We had some delicious grilled chicken thigh skewers (marinated in soy, ginger, coriander, cumin, allspice and a few other) with grilled local asparagus (tossed with lemon/lime juice & zest) and potato salad as well as a tomato/basil bocconcini salad. It all turned out fantastic and thus I feel like I’ve gained a few pounds… So I’d better start making good on getting back to this “GYM” place I’m apparently “going” to…
Those moves ain’t burnin’ any calories… Right?
Neither is staying up too late, though.
I’m sorry this week is a shorty, but I hope you all had as great a weekend as We did!
Cheers.
Please note:
The price at your local Costco takes precedent (or precedence) over the prices listed on this blog.
Costco liquidation/Manager’s Special items (ending in .97) vary from store to store.
An asterisk (*) on the price tag means the item is not being re-ordered.
If there is something you really want, ***double check the expiry date*** as some Costco sales items do end mid-week.

The food brands available can differ from region to region. Pictures are taken at a store in Ontario. Sale items should apply to Costco locations in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Nova Scotia, if the item is in stock at your store. There will likely be a few deals not shown here in your store. If this blog has helped you save money, consider sharing www.cocoeast.ca with your friends and family! If you see deals at your store that aren’t on this blog, post them in the comments and help spread the money saving love!
Thank you for all your efforts, they are not unappreciated!
We often go on Mondays ourselves and try to “outdo” you, in that we try to make sure we see everything and don’t have to go back on Tuesday for the items we missed! We don’t always succeed!
Keep up the good work!
Salmon! Luv it when the sockeye salmon goes on sale once per year. It’s healthy fast food for us: toast , salmon, mayonnaise with a side of veggies or soup (winter). Works out cheaper than eating at McDough’s
How generous of you to take the time to do these online tips for the public. I sure do appreciate your efforts and will take advantage of the information. Blessings.
Much appreciated, as always!
For the life of me I can never find The Honest Co. shampoo/conditioner at the Stoney Creek Costco. Can someone send me some?!? 😉
Hey Jules, if you make note of the product number, you can have them check on the computer station located in the area behind the cashier lanes. They will be able to tell you if it’s carried in the Stoney Creek warehouse and if not, whether Burlington or Ancaster have it. Good luck!
Hey Leo. I always try and make sure the pictures are as clear as possible, but sometimes that dosen’t work out perfectly.. You can always call you local warehouse for specific items to check on the dates if you need to as well.
Thank you for this!! Also, are the Always infinity out of stores since I haven’t seen them,
Thanks again!

The expiry date sometimes is hard to see. Is it possible to use some identifier for sales that go on for 2 weeks? Thanks
