Important recall warning regarding Kirkland Infant formula

Hello there folks, and yet again here I am bringing you a recall notice! This time for Kirkland brand Non-GMO infant formula for babies sensitive to lactose due to Cronobacter spp.

Kirkland Signature Non-GMO Infant Formula for Babies Sensitive to Lactose
Costco Item 6626921, 1275412

Costco Wholesale Canada is recalling the Kirkland Signature Non-GMO Infant Formula for Babies Sensitive to Lactose (Costco items 6626921, 1275412), that was sold in Costco warehouses in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, select Ontario locations, Quebec, the Atlantic Provinces, or on Costco.ca between March 5, 2019 and October 25, 2019. Only production lot code T05DVBV is impacted by this notice.

The infant formula may be contaminated with Cronobacter. Although Cronobacter is not commonly linked to human illness, in rare cases it can cause serious or fatal infections.

And here are the products and Product numbers effected by this recall

If you believe you have the affected lot code T05DVBV of Kirkland Signature Infant Formula for Babies Sensitive to Lactose in your possession, do not consume it. You may return the product to a Costco warehouse to obtain a full refund.
