L’Oréal Paris Hair Expertise Total Repair 5 Shampoo & Conditioner

L’Oreal Paris has reached out to us again to ask us to review the Total Repair 5 Shampoo & Conditioner which restores protection to the hair’s surface and helps with 5 problems. Strength, Density, Vitality, Shine and Silkiness.

Seeing as we’re a year into this pandemic, my hair certainly has been neglected (and not cut for over a year) so this was perfect timing to get it looking and feeling healthy again.

Both my Co-workers and I agreed that the Shampoo had a pleasant fragrance to it, and also lathered up really well. It rinsed out easily and left my locks feeling manageable and not a tangly mess. As a bonus I didn’t notice the normal amount of hair-fall, a pleasant sigh of relief! Even my normally dry scalp felt hydrated and way less itchy than usual (especially around this time of year) and that’s a huge win for me.

The Conditioner is nice and thick but didn’t leave a residue or make my hair or my Co-workers hair feel heavy or weighted down. It left her hair easy to comb through when wet & very soft and manageable.

She also added “It left a very nice shine, especially when dried and styled, my hair had lots of movement today which I would attribute to the product. Typically my hair lays flat which is not uncommon as straight as it is naturally, mine is very heavily over processed hair (color and use of hot tools) So a great fixer for the repair department.”

I know how specific she is about her hair products, so that’s some pretty high praise.

My other loyal Test subject…. I mean Co-worker, heaped on another healthy serving of gratitude.

“I had used the L’Oreal Total Repair hair mask in the past and it has become a staple in my hair care routine, so I was excited to try the line’s shampoo and conditioner. I have fine, sometimes oily, sometimes flat, straight hair. I look for shampoo and conditioners that give my hair hydration and shine while not weighing it down. The combination of the L’Oreal Total Repair 5 Shampoo and Conditioner worked really well for what I wanted. It left my hair feeling soft, easy to manage and style, and gave it a nice shine. It also has a fantastic scent that leaves my hair smelling fresh and clean. I will definitely continue using the L’Oreal Total Repair 5 system as a part of my hair care routine.”

As you can see all of us love the Shampoo and Conditioner! From bringing over processed hair back to life, to adding bounce and shine back to our listless locks L’Oreal Paris has given us another great product and a solution for dry, damaged, lifeless hair. Heck, even the pump top on the bottles was complimented.
