IMPORTANT RECALL NOTICE: Limited lot codes L’il Critters, Vitafusion
Hello folks, just a quick recall notice here for you today.
These three products are being recalled due the potential presence of a metallic mesh inside the vitamin. Obviously this is not a good thing so please read the Costco.ca release below and make sure you check your product codes!
Church & Dwight Canada Corp is recalling the three above-noted Vitamin Products sold between November 2020 and April 2021 at a Costco warehouse or Business Centre in Canada, or online on Costco.ca (CostcoGrocery) or on Sameday.Costco.ca (Same-day Delivery), due to the possible presence of a metallic mesh material inside the vitamins. In some severe cases, ingesting a metallic material could lead to damage of the digestive tract. Only certain lots manufactured within a limited timeframe are part of this recall.
The affected Vitamin Products (sold by Costco) can be identified by their Lot Code, which is located on the back of the packaging label (photos below), as follows:

If you believe you have one (or more) of the above-noted Vitamin Products in your possession, please stop using it immediately. Please note:
The price at your local Costco takes precedent (or precedence) over the prices listed on this blog.
Costco liquidation/Manager’s Special items (ending in .97) vary from store to store.
An asterisk (*) on the price tag means the item is not being re-ordered.
If there is something you really want, ***double check the expiry date*** as some Costco sales items do end mid-week.
