Natalie reviews: Kinder Dipping Sauce

Last week on the blog I reviewed the Costco Kirkland Signature Breakfast Sandwiches, Costco Kirkland Signature Peanut Butter Pie and the Reese’s Frozen Banana Slices.

If you like my reviews for Costco food products, the best thing is that you can follow me on Instagram or Facebook and tell your friends about my blog Costcuisine, where I review new Costco food products each week! You can also check out my YouTube channel, where I do video reviews!

I love the Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning so I decided to buy this dipping sauce to try when I was last at Costco.

I paid $9.99 for the container of sauce, which isn’t cheap for a condiment but it is a pretty big container.

The best-before date on the sauce is just over a year from when I purchased it and it should go in the fridge once opened. This a versatile product, although it’s made for chicken it can be used on sandwiches, eggs, salads or wraps.

In two tablespoons of sauce there are 170 calories, 17 grams of fat, five grams of carbohydrates, zero grams of fibre, four grams of sugar, less than a gram of protein and 170 milligrams of sodium.

The ingredients list is pretty typical for a dipping sauce, it contains mustard and egg but does not contain any dairy.

I really like the sauce! It’s pretty unique and tastes like a combo of mayo and mustard with a bit of sweetness and smoke. I tried it with fries and chicken breast chunks from Costco and it tasted really great on both. I think it’s really versatile and would taste good on a variety of foods.

Cost: 7.5/10

Convenience: 10/10

Nutrition: 0/10

Taste: 9/10
