Hey there folks, there’s a recall notice you should all be aware of, and you may have received this message today about a recall for Rana chicken and mushroom pasta.
Dear Costco Member,
Costco Wholesale records indicate you may have purchased the Chicken and Mushroom Pasta Meal Kit (Costco Item 1182348) at a Costco warehouse between September 2024 and October 2024.
In response to a voluntary recall initiated by BrucePac Foods, who supplies poultry products, Rana Meal Solutions is voluntarily recalling the Chicken and Mushroom Pasta Meal Kit item 1182348 due to potential contamination of Listeria monocytogenes in the chicken, an ingredient in the meal kit.
Food contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes may not look or smell spoiled but can still make you sick. Symptoms can include vomiting, nausea, persistent fever, muscle aches, severe headache and neck stiffness. Do not consume the Pasta Meal Kit. You may return it to a Costco warehouse to obtain a full refund.

If you still have the packaging you should be able to get a refund, not sure how it works with just a receipt but likely worth a try?
