Welcome to the Costco Weekend Sales Update where I’ll keep you all in the loop on the awesome sales Costco releases for the Weekend! I’ll post them here and on our Facebook page for you to enjoy.
There’s still a few days left to get a hold of some of those Flyer sales including Starbucks Caffe Verona whole bean coffee ($6.00 off @ $15.99), Kellogg’s Mini-Wheats for $2.00 off @ $7.99 & Dawn advanced dishwashing liquid detergent for $2.00 off @ $7.99 just in case you need to fight off the terrible gypsy moth invasion as well… Blech, gross!
Anyhow here’s a quick look at a few of the sales and new items this weekend.
VEGA organic protein & greens 1kg -$10.00 @ $23.99
Gain Cold water liquid detergent 121 wash loads -$3.50 @ $14.49
While those sales might be ending soon if you read my post from a few days ago you’ll know there’s a whole month of goodies coming up! (To read that post click this link!)
Definitely worth looking at what’s coming up and planning ahead. (Diapers, plan ahead for Huggies Diapers)
As for me, I’ve got a very full weekend of work ahead of me so I’m going to keep this post very brief. No cats, no puns, no food stuff. Just the sales below.
Enjoy folks, the pun-less blogs are few and far between, and I will make up for lost time…. You know I will! (Sorry Jan and Jennifer)
Stay Calm and Costco on!
CONTEST TIME! (Still a little bit of time left folks!)
The Costco East Fan Blog has partnered with @Greenhouse Juice to celebrate the launch of their Blue+Lavender Organic Probiotic Lemonade in select Ontario Costcos (GTA, Barrie, Orillia, Guelph, Hamilton & Niagara Falls). Our friends in Western Canada LOVE this stuff
It’s Canadian made refreshment for your Canada Day long weekend, low in sugar with hints of spirulina and maple syrup, a 2-pack of 946mL bottles goes for $9.99. (This promotion is valid on Facebook and Instagram exculsively.) We are offering a $50 Costco gift card to one lucky person who follows @greenhousejuice, tag a friend you wish you were sharing a lemonade with, and either like (on Facebook) or save (on Instagram) this post. Tag additional friends for additional entries. Open to Cdn. residents only (it’s Canada Day long weekend after all). Learn more about Greenhouse at https://bit.ly/3xwCSgS
COVID-19 vaccinations are ramping up across Eastern Canada, follow the links below to find out if you’re eligible and where they are available in your Province.
Since we are still in the third wave of COVID-19 I think it’s important to remember that we’re not out of the corona virus weeds yet, and each province has their own Health recommendations based on the provinces individual risk assessment and I would recommend that you follow the recommendations for your specific province. Information can be found at the following websites.
So there you go, a little reading material for you.
Be kind, be safe and stay healthy!
Please note:
The price at your local Costco takes precedent (or precedence) over the prices listed on this blog.
Costco liquidation/Manager’s Special items (ending in .97) vary from store to store.
An asterisk (*) on the price tag means the item is not being re-ordered.
If there is something you really want, ***double check the expiry date*** as some Costco sales items do end mid-week.

Hi! Thank you, as always! I rarely miss a post.
Just wanted to let you know I enjoy/miss the puns, and miss Dexter and Ewok!
And the squirrel, Hans? 😊
Also wanted to say thx to everyone for their feedback on the glass cleaner the other week! I will keep it and try it out! (It was one of those items I nabbed while on sale without knowing much about it, so much appreciated!)
A quick fyi regarding slathering your trees with Crisco in order to discourage gypsy moths – this is not recommended. You may be attracting other animals (think bears, raccoons). The grease will melt on a very hot day, also. Burlap wrapped around trunk is the way to go.
I thought it was a great idea until I started reading the negative reviews about it.
Looks like some sweet deals on shoes! Just might have to head in there next week.
Hope you survive the weekend! Thanks for your Friday night efforts, I don’t know how you do it and work too! Must admit I’m liking the rain but that does put a damper on things for some folks ☔️.
Cheers n chill, Jan
What ?? No puns, pictures or bears?! Oh my!
Oh wait, no, we don’t want bears (excellent point Kathy!)
Jan! I appreciate that you think I’m as bad as our fantastic blogger here, but he is much better at them than I am! I totally had to google the one I wrote hahahaha
Can’t believe how cleaned out kingston Costco is! I went armed with my list on Wednesday, ready to pick up some things for summer seen here, every last one, out of stock!
Ended up with just a few boring groceries and a prescription! Sigh
Stay well everyone! And I look forward to the pictures and puns next week!
