Who doesn’t love a good charcuterie board right? Or a nice cheese to pair with their wine??
Perhaps a delicious hummus to go with your crackers???
Or a nice big stack of roast beef topped with Moishes cole slaw and Dill pickles that would make Scooby and Shaggy blush?!?!
I know that I’m board for all of those things, so I took pictures of all of these cheeses, meats, desserts, dips and pre-made foods that Costco has to offer. (Including the sushi!)
With Easter just around the corner and some gatherings likely to happen maybe you can get some inspiration for putting together your own charcuterie board for the dinner!
Or perhaps grabbing the Stoney Creek shaved beef au jus, some Saputo sliced Havarti & moishes Dill pickles is all you need to make your sandwich dreams come true! (As referenced above)
…That sounds pretty good to me. I’ve always been curious if that Shaved beef is good… Anyone out there tried it before? Of course the picture looks delicious, and mouth wateringly delicious!
I won’t keep you from the deliciousness folks, enjoy all the goodies and as always I’ll see you on Friday for the Costco weekend update. Until then…

Can’t tell you how much we enjoyed this product presentation.
Haven’t been inside Costco for more than 2 years now . Online shopping only. You have been very helpful.
Not all these products are online.
Looking forward to the day we get back in the store and do our own shopping.
Thanks for all the effort you put in.
Much appreciated and Happy Easter.

Hi , i wanted to comment on the product mentioned below.
SUMMER FRESH 4 CHEESE MACARONI 1.4 KG
It clearly says vegetarian and is very misleading, last summer ,seeing that they have listed a bunch of cheese on their ingredient list but don’t mention the origin of the enzymes, I decided to call the company, they verified that one cheese contains enzymes from an animal . And they agreed that yes the product isn’t suitable for vegetarians. Yet it is still being sold, I would suggest to call the company before you consume their products. There are some that says vegan, but I don’t trust them anymore…
A headsup for people following a vegan/ vegetarian diet.
Also, thank you for your posts, look forward to them every week .
The stoney creek beef is amazing! My whole family likes it. One package inside is enough for 3 large subs or 6 round buns.
That’s great Melanie, thank you for sharing! That’s certainly lots for me since I’m the only meat eater in the house. Does it freeze well???
I’ve tried the shaved beef and it’s delicious! I use it to make Philly cheese steaks and it never disappoints. You need to give it a try!
Mmmmm, I do love a cheesesteak sandwich… I will absolutely have to try it. Thanks Hana
