I’ve seen the Iogo Nano before at Costco but haven’t bought it before. Recently I picked it up when it was on sale to try as a snack for my toddler! I got the case of 24 Iogo Nano for $9.99 Canadian which is super cheap compared to the price at grocery stores like Safeway.
Each Iogo Nano is 93 milliliters which is the perfect snack size for kids. It’s easy to drink with a flip top lid that can be resealed and has a small drinking hole to minimize mess. The nano needs to be kept refrigerated and the best before date is about three weeks from when I purchased them. These nano are very convenient! It’s like a drinkable yogurt that doesn’t get all over your mouth and clothes.
One bottle contains 40 calories, less than a gram of fat, five grams of carbohydrates, zero grams of fibre, five grams of sugar, two grams of protein and 35 milligrams of sodium. I like that these don’t have a ton of sugar per serving. I also like that they contain real strawberry and raspberry puree.
These are super tasty so that must be why kids love them, including my daughter! They’re a liquid version of yogurt that reminds me a bit of a milkshake. They’re sweet but not too sweet and have some tang from the yogurt. The flavors taste really natural as well. I’ve tried buying my daughter the cherry and peach but her favorites are the strawberry and raspberry so these must be popular with a lot of kids for Costco to have a pack with these two flavors!
