I spotted these Ozery Family Bakery Seedwise Salted Caramel Clusters during my trip to Costco last week (in a snow storm!) and grabbed a box to try because both my husband and I love salted caramel anything.
I paid $13.49 for the 850 gram box that comes with four packs of clusters in it which I think is pretty reasonable.
These are great as a snack on their own or they’d also be good with yogurt. The best before date is about three months from when I purchased them. As I mentioned before there are four bags of clusters in the box which don’t reseal.
1/3 cup of clusters has 150 calories, 12 grams of fat, nine grams of carbohydrates, seven grams of fibre, two grams of sugar, five grams of protein and 150 milligrams of sodium. I like how simple the ingredients list is, everything listed is something I’m familiar with.
The clusters remind me a lot of granola or a very hard crunchy cookie, they’re a bit hard, dry and not very sweet! There’s a noticeable saltiness but also a strong caramel flavor. If you like salted caramel, you’ll like these! I thought they were pretty addictive and had a hard time stopping eating the clusters. They’re a nice healthy sweet snack.
