Last week on the blog I reviewed the Costco Kirkland Signature Roasted Chicken & Swiss Roller Tray and the Costco Kirkland Signature Muffins.

I love cannelloni from restaurants so I decided to pick up this from Costco to try and have for an easy weeknight dinner!
There are two 540 gram trays of cannelloni in the package and I paid $9.99 Canadian.
There are two ways you can prepare the cannelloni, either by baking it or heating it in a skillet. We decided to cook it in a skillet. By using the skillet method the cannelloni turned out golden brown and a bit crispy. The best-before date is about a month from when I purchased the cannelloni and it needs to be kept refrigerated.
Four cannelloni contain 380 calories, six grams of fat, 63 grams of carbohydrates, three grams of fibre, nine grams of sugar, 19 grams of protein and 470 milligrams of sodium. The ingredients list is pretty much what you’d expect to see in cannelloni. It contains wheat, eggs and milk.
I actually really enjoy the cannelloni, I like the spinach and cheese filling and didn’t miss the cannelloni having any meat in the filling. The cannelloni isn’t too salty and there isn’t a ton of filling, it’s not absolutely stuffed and there’s definitely more ricotta and mozzarella than spinach so it’s an easy way to sneak some veggies into your toddler or kids!
