Natalie reviews: Eat-In Breakfast Wraps

Last week on the blog I reviewed the Costco Trident The Ultimate Fish Stick, Costco Starbucks Sous Vide Egg Bites, Costco Rao’s Homemade Calabrian Chili Marinara.

If you like my reviews for Costco food products, the best thing is that you can follow me on Instagram or Facebook and tell your friends about my blog Costcuisine, where I review new Costco food products each week! You can also check out my YouTube channel, where I do video reviews!

I really enjoy the Starbucks breakfast wraps so when I saw these Eat-In spinach, feta & sundried tomato wraps that seem just like the Starbucks ones I had to try them.

The bag has six wraps and costs $21.49 Canadian which is pretty expensive!

The wraps can be microwaved, cooked in the air fryer or in a frying pan. For a crispier version I recommend using the air fryer or frying pan. They need to be kept frozen and the best before date is about 10 months from when I purchased them.

One wrap contains 290 calories, eight grams of fat, 34 grams of carbohydrates, six grams of fibre, four grams of sugar, 21 grams of protein and 780 milligrams of sodium. The amount of protein is pretty decent but the sodium is on the high side.

The lavash is a bit thick making the wraps taste mostly like bread. The sundried tomato flavor does stick out and is really enjoyable, there’s also a slight amount of heat. The egg isn’t very flavorful but that makes sense since it’s egg whites. There’s a good amount of spinach and feta but you still mainly taste the sundried tomato flavor. These are comparable to Starbucks but definitely not the same or as good.

Cost: 4/10

Convenience: 9.5/10

Nutrition: 5/10

Taste: 6/10
