I had to work this morning, so my Friday Costco shop didn’t happen until after 6. Knowing that I wouldn’t be home until later on I decided that tonight would be a great night for Pizza! Last week I was asking if anyone had tried this pizza out, so it seemed to be the perfect time to give it a try! I’ll let you know how that goes on Monday.
We got a new brand of pickle on the shelves today, anyone tried these Mt. Olive baby dills?
You know me folks, I’ve rarely met a pickle I didn’t like so odds are I’ll have my hands on one of these soon!
It’s getting hard to believe that were now only 17 days to Christmas, (how the heck did that happen!) but there’s still plenty of time for watching Christmas movies and what Christmas movie doesn’t go with popcorn? Exactly, why not make a batch in a seasonally coloured Cuisinart Popcorn hot air maker!
Mmmmm, delicious!
Speaking of delicious, I’ve gotta go and get dinner for my “assistant” Ewok…

Maybe I’ll have to try those new dills too. Moishes brand has always been my go-to pickle but just recently I noticed a thick white substance floating at the top of the pickle brine. It smelled normal but had a somewhat greasy feel. The next day, it was all cloudy. I tried to call the toll-free number in the jar but the recording was totally en Français with no Anglaise option. Very disappointing. I chucked it all out. I know it could be returned to Costco but it’s too much trouble and messy.
Has anyone else experienced this? Not sure if I’ll give Moishes another chance 🙄🤷🏼♀️
