Yes Jan, I did manage to squeeze into to Costco this evening, and yes I’m crazy! I had to work this morning, so by the time I got there the ravenous early crowd of shoppers had already dissipated thankfully… Though I did hear some stories from a few other people who were there this morning, and needless to say I’m glad I wasn’t there!
There were a few things I saw that caught my eye today. These Ello reusable bags are on sale, and I’ve absolutley loved mine since I got them.
Awake caffeinated chocolate bars…Don’t know if this is a good idea or not? I mean I guess if you need a jolt and don’t drink coffee this could get the job done, right?
I think I’ll just stick with my coffee though.
What I do like the sound of though are these chili & lime almonds. I like chile, I like lime and I like almonds… Should be a delicious combo!
It’s nice to start seeing the spring and summer items hitting the aisles folks! One that will always be a friend of mine is the Afterbite insect bite treatment… Insects like me, mosquitoes in particular, so having this handy is a must for me!
And who doesn’t want a 35″ metal Rooster statue???
They are actually pretty neat looking.
There’s also a couple some new styles of Hunter boots in, both the short boot, and the Chelsea boot.
With that being said, I’m gonna give myself “the boot”!
We just put some pizzas in the oven and a delicious Caesar salad is awaiting us, so I’ll say Happy Easter to you all, and I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekends!

Those Sandler bourbon salted dark chocolates just caught my eye…. they’re new. I buy the non bourbon ones every Christmas and they’re pretty darn good. Funny that Costco has an expiry date of Easter Sunday on their specials when many locations are closed. Too bad they didn’t extend it to the next business day. Ah well, no biggie.
