In the Wednesday Super Post I pick an entire section of Costco and take pictures of ALL of the items for you see!
***This is a fan-run, independent page with no affiliation or endorsement by Costco Wholesale***
Please note:
The price at your local Costco takes precedent (or precedence) over the prices listed on this blog.
Costco liquidation/Manager’s Special items (ending in .97) vary from store to store.
An asterisk (*) on the price tag means the item is not being re-ordered.
If there is something you really want, ***double-check the expiry date*** as some Costco sales items do end mid-week.
What are your favourite veggies? I love broccoli and Brussels sprouts. Steaming broccoli with garlic, delicious! And Brussels sprouts sauteed with lemon, maple syrup and salt and pepper, oh yeah!
Let’s not forget about mushroom, I love the rich, earthy flavour they add to everything!
Raw on a salad, sauteed in a pasta sauce or a Marsala cream sauce poured over a steak, you really can’t beat ’em!
I won’t leave carrots out of this conversation. Shredded on a salad they’re delicious. Roasted in a pan with a few other friends they’re great! How about even just juicing a handfull? Why not!
Juicing veggies is a great way to squeeze a few extra serving in, and making sure you use up what you’ve got in the fridge too.
I’ll let you do the rest of the browsing folks, I’m gonna go and sift through the crispers in the fridge for something to juice!
Cheers!
Don’t forget to head over to Cocoquebec.ca to check out what Melissa has got going on in the Quebec region!

Costco fruit and veggie Superpost items March 5th 2025
I stopped buying fruit & veg from Costco years ago due to the large quantities and resulting wastage for a family of 2. Plus I don’t think many of the prices are all that great either. Recently, a 10lb bag of russet potatoes at No Frills was $1.99…. Costco is $10.99 for 15lb??? Whoa.
That said, everyone has their own preferences and priorities. I’m making “buy Canadian” (or Mexico as a second choice) my personal priority. Gonna miss Visalia onions this year .

If this is a trend I’ll definitely think about subscribing to the membership. Thanks so much for putting the country of origin!
I’m homebound and need my husband to do all errands but I prep all the lists and what to buy. It’s not easy buying blindly but your website has been so helpful. I was dreading the produce aisle the most for next week but your post makes my job easier and his as well. We live in the boonies so it’s a big load each time which is already exhausting. Keep up the good work!
