Just wanted to let you know how good the Tortierre is . We have tried it and it is quite delicious. A great choice if you are having dinner guests because a little side dish of vegetables and a salad makes a great presentation. If all else fails, perhaps you could open it, get your skill saw out and cut it into four portions and thaw them one at a time. Just kidding!
