Miss Vickie's Ristoranti Vodka Sauce Pizza Chips Review

I went to Costco yesterday and while I was there I found this new flavor of Miss Vickie’s chips that I was intrigued to try so I picked up a bag for $8.79 Canadian.

The bag does not reseal so I used a clothing pin or elastic to help keep them fresh. The best- before date listed on the bag is two months from when I purchased it. The bag is quite large so they’re good for a party, camping or big barbecue. The flavour is very unique so I can’t think of any dips they’d go well with.

27 chips contain 260 calories, 15 grams of fat, 30 grams of carbohydrates, three grams of fibre, two grams of sugar, three grams of protein and 230 milligrams of sodium. The ingredients list isn’t terribly long with potatoes, vegetable oil and seasoning being the main ingredients. The chips contain milk but are gluten-free.

We didn’t enjoy these chips and wouldn’t buy them again, if you really like vodka sauce you might like them because they do have a strong creamy tomato flavour. They’re slightly sweet and also pretty salty. The texture of the chips is nice and crunchy but the flavour is just a little too out there for me and I didn’t care for it. I do think they taste like vodka sauce though which is what they’re supposed to taste like!
