I love a good potato chip, and there’s certainly a time and a place for all of them. I mean Ketchup Lays remind me of my childhood, but sometimes there’s nothing quite like a classic plain chip!
Of course those don’t really hold up well to a thick dipping sauce, but these crinkle cut Kettle chips sure do.
Those are awesome with a classic sour cream & onion dip.
…Classic chips and salsa. Who doesn’t like those?! A little tip, toss the chips on a baking sheet in the oven at a low temp for a bit to warm them up. It’s a game changer, simple but holy moly are warm chips and salsa ever good!
One last great combo I’ll point out… Pineapple juice and sparkling water, it’s super refreshing and delicious!

I sure do wish Costco still carried other flavours of the Popcorners (in the large bag – not the snack sizes). It seems they only carry the Kettlecorn flavour in the large size now.
