Last week on the blog I reviewed the Summ Crispy Vegetable Springs Rolls and the Kirkland Signature Mini Carrot Cakes.

We needed a quick and easy dinner during our last Costco shopping trip so I picked up this new frozen pizza to try.
I paid $16.99 Canadian for the box that comes with three individually packaged frozen pizzas.
The pizza needs to be kept frozen and the best-before date is about ten months from when I purchased it. It’s very easy to bake and done in just 15 to 17 minutes. This might not be a favorite with kids because it’s pretty spicy and all the kids I know just love cheese pizza but both my husband and I enjoyed it!
In 1/2 of a pizza there are 570 calories, 22 grams of fat, 71 grams of carbohydrates, five grams of fibre, 10 grams of sugar, 24 grams of protein and 1190 milligrams of sodium. I’ll be honest, I could easily eat half a pizza. This isn’t low in calories, carbs, fat or sodium. But what frozen pizza is?
I like this pizza! It may not have a lot of cheese but that’s okay because there are a lot of other toppings. The crust is crisp on the edges as well as chewy and soft. The salami is spicy! So if you don’t like heat you may want to pick it off or choose another pizza. I like the bits of arugula but there’s not much flavor coming from it. The grilled peppers are good, not soggy but not super crisp. Overall it’s an enjoyable pizza and I love this brand. I prefer the Pizza Roncadin Salami, Bacon & Mushroom and Chicken & Grilled Peppers over this one, but I still like this one.

Great! I’m always looking for a new pizza to try.
